
Growing up, I was an overweight kid and got picked on for it by friends and even by family. By 14, I was tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own body and decided to finally change. I lost weight, but then I went too far and became super skinny. And just like before, I was still insecure just for a different reason. That’s when it really clicked for me that I’d been on both sides of the problem. And my new goal was to build a body I could be confident and comfortable in.
Since then, I’ve spent years learning how to actually do this the right way. I’ve gone through multiple cuts and bulks, made all the mistakes, and figured out what actually works for losing fat and building muscle without ruining your health. By doing this I finally learned what it was like to be confident in your own body. Not only just confident but comfortable too.
